The CreaTower I is a 40-meter office high-rise currently under construction in the Tech Cluster Zug. The project is currently in progress, with an expected completion timeframe of 2023/2028.
The 180 RFS bays drastically reduce mass and achieve a 50% saving in CO2 emissions compared to traditional slabs.
We worked directly with the entire design team to optimise the RFS for this high-end project and meet all the acoustics, fire, and vibration requirements while contributing to the striking aesthetic of the building both inside and outside.
